Shambolic Spurs go three goals down in just nine minutes at Newcastle

Newcastle raced into a two-goal lead against Tottenham after just six minutes from some horrific defending.

Spurs are in desperate need of three points to launch a late assault on the top-four of the Premier League.

But Newcastle look to have put any hope of Champions League football to bed after just seconds at St. James’ Park on Sunday afternoon.

Jacob Murphy scored his second Premier League goal of the season after just 61 seconds before Joelinton made it two five minutes later.

And Murphy would go on to score a third in jaw-dropping fashion when he netted a screamer that left Hugo Lloris ball-watching.
