A murder investigation has been launched after a woman’s body was discovered in a river in Powys.
Dyfed-Powys Police say the body of a 34-year-old woman was discovered in the river outside Llanidloes at around 4pm on Sunday.
A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder later that day and remains in police custody.
