Borussia Dortmund’s Bellingham has become a household name since leaving boyhood club Birmingham to move to Germany, where he has starred in the Bundesliga and Champions League.

The world-class 19-year-old has broken a number of records at such a young age, with his performances seemingly guaranteeing him a spot in Gareth Southgate’s midfield alongside Declan Rice.

And now, it’s earning him international fame with adidas, taking centre stage in a World Cup advert that will undoubtedly get fans buzzing for the start of the tournament on November 20.

Narrated by UK grime sensation Stormzy, Bellingham is seen running down the stairs of a house before saying to Spain’s Pedri, “Mate, let’s go.”

Former El Clasico rivals Benzema and Messi then make an appearance, with Benzema literally ‘eating goals for breakfast’ as Stormzy puts it, before ‘one-of-a-kind’ Messi plays table football with a young version of himself.

Spurs’ Son then makes an appearance with his Hollywood smile earning the line ‘with Sonny, everything’s brighter, while ‘nobody’s faster’ than Morocco’s Hakimi.

Next up, Germany’s Gnabry shows off his ‘unbeatable’ style, before the seven world superstars line up at a bus stop in their adidas gear, awaiting a bus for the World Cup.

The music will likely excite fans too, with Opus’ Live is Life in the background, the same song that was playing in the background of Diego Maradona’s goosebump-inducing warm-up for Napoli in 1989.

The bus then rolls up, with the unmistakable driver announcing, ‘you can’t forget about your boy Stormz’ before heading to Qatar.

This might not be the only time Bellingham has to pack his bags though, with strong links to a £100million plus move to the likes of Liverpool and Real Madrid.
